Where do you make your treats All Paw Delights treats are handmade in Taupō using natural, pet‑approved ingredients.

Are your treats safe for all dogs Yes — our recipes are designed for most dogs. If your dog has allergies, please check the ingredient list or contact us.

How long do the treats last "Our treats are dehydrated and can last up to 12 months — even after opening, thanks to the resealable bag. Store in a cool, dry place for best results."

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship We currently ship throughout New Zealand.

How long does delivery take Orders are usually packed within 1–2 days and delivered within 3–5 business days.

How much is shipping Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

How do refunds work Refunds are processed once the issue is confirmed. You’ll receive an email when it’s completed.
