At Paw Delights, we take pride in crafting premium, all-natural pet treats right here in New Zealand. Your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — means everything to us.

Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. As our treats are perishable food items, we're unable to accept physical returns, but we'll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order details. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
